Time for Filing an Extension Request: This rule states that an extension request must be filed within twenty days of the entry of judgment, and the court may grant additional time for filing an extension request upon a showing of good cause. 3. Time for Filing a Record of Proceedings: This rule states that a record of proceedings must be filed within forty-five days of the entry of judgment, and the court may grant additional time for filing a record of proceedings upon a showing of good cause.
