Oklahoma Resignation of Registered Agent is a document filed with the Oklahoma Secretary of State's office to terminate the relationship between a business and their registered agent. This document is used to formally inform the state that the company is no longer using the designated person or company as its registered agent. There are two types of Oklahoma Resignation of Registered Agent: the Standard Resignation and the Voluntary Resignation. The Standard Resignation is used when the registered agent is no longer working with the company for any reason. The Voluntary Resignation is used when the registered agent is voluntarily resigning from the company. All Oklahoma Resignation of Registered Agent documents must include the name and address of the registered agent, the name and address of the business, the date the document is filed, the signature of the registered agent, and the signature of a witness. The document must also be notarized.
