The Ohio Notice of Hearing on Application for Disinterment is a document issued by the Ohio Department of Health to set a hearing date for the consideration of an application for a disinterment order. There are two types of Ohio Notice of Hearing on Application for Disinterment: 1) Notice of Hearing on Application for Disinterment of an Adult; and 2) Notice of Hearing on Application for Disinterment of a Child.
