New York Request for Audio Record (CIV-LT-90) is a form that must be filed with the clerk in the New York Supreme Court in order to obtain a copy of a court hearing's audio recording. There are two types of New York Request for Audio Record (CIV-LT-90): one for proceedings held in the Supreme Court, and one for proceedings held in the Supreme Court Appellate Division.
