New York Notice of Hard Copy Submission — E-filed Case is a document filed in a New York court when an individual or business has submitted a hard copy filing in addition to an e-filing. The purpose of the document is to alert the court to the presence of a hard copy filing and to provide details of the filing, such as the date and time of submission, the name of the party submitting the filing, and a description of the filing.
