A Nevada Notice of Execution is a legal document that is used to carry out a judgment that has been issued by a court. It is issued by the court to the party that has been ordered to take action (the “executing party”). The notice is served upon the executing party and informs them of the terms of the judgment, as well as the steps necessary to carry out the court’s order. There are two types of Nevada Notice of Execution: (1) Writ of Execution and (2) Garnishment. A Writ of Execution is a court order that instructs the executing party to seize the assets of the judgment debtor and deliver them to the judgment creditor. A Garnishment is a court order that instructs the executing party to garnish the wages or bank accounts of the judgment debtor.
