New Jersey Workers' Compensation Law Attorney Recertification Application — 2017 is an application process that allows attorneys who are certified to practice in the state of New Jersey to renew their certification. The application consists of two parts: a Renewal Form and a Certification Renewal Fee. The Renewal Form requires attorneys to provide information about their professional qualifications, including their educational background, professional experience, and any other relevant information. The Certification Renewal Fee is a nonrefundable fee that must be paid to the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Attorney Certification Board prior to the attorney’s certification being renewed. There are two types of New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney Recertification Application — 2017: Standard and Reinstatement. The Standard Application is for attorneys who are currently certified and need to renew their certification. The Reinstatement Application is for attorneys whose certification has been inactive or expired and need to reapply for certification.
