The New Jersey EAP — Subscriber Agreement is a contract between an employer and the New Jersey Employee Assistance Program (NEAP). This agreement outlines the responsibilities of the employer and NEAP in order to provide assistance to employees who require help with personal problems or work-related issues. The agreement includes the services provided by NEAP, limits of confidentiality, and the employer's responsibility for employee referrals. The two types of New Jersey EAP — Subscriber Agreement are the Standard EAP Subscriber Agreement and the Comprehensive EAP Subscriber Agreement. The Standard EAP Subscriber Agreement provides up to 5 hours of services per employee, including assessment, counseling, and referral services. The Comprehensive EAP Subscriber Agreement provides up to 10 hours of services per employee, including assessment, counseling, and referral services, as well as a variety of other services such as work-life balance programs, critical incident debriefing, and supervisor training.
