The New Jersey CLE Ineligible List — NJ Attorneys is a publicly available list of lawyers in New Jersey who are not eligible to receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits from the New Jersey Board of Bar Examiners. The list includes both New Jersey attorneys who have failed to complete the required number of CLE credits for their practice area, and those who have not followed the rules for taking CLE courses. There are three separate categories of attorneys on this list: (1) those who have been suspended or disbarred; (2) those who have voluntarily withdrawn from practice; and (3) those who have been found to have committed professional misconduct. The list is updated on a regular basis, and can be accessed on the New Jersey Board of Bar Examiners' website.
