The New Jersey Child Support Guidelines Shared Parenting Worksheet (Court Rules Appendix IX-D) is an official form used to calculate the child support obligation of a shared parenting arrangement. This worksheet is used to help courts determine the amount of child support owed by each parent in a shared parenting arrangement based on the incomes of both parents and the amount of time that each parent spends with the child. The worksheet takes into account various factors such as parenting time, number of children, and incomes of both parents to calculate the amount of child support that each parent is obligated to pay. There are two types of New Jersey Child Support Guidelines Shared Parenting Worksheets (Court Rules Appendix IX-D): the standard worksheet for use when one parent has sole custody or shared parenting and the modified worksheet for use when both parents have shared parenting.
