CJA Travel Authorization New Jersey CJA Travel Authorization is a document issued by the New Jersey Office of Court Administration that allows attorneys working on Criminal Justice Act (CJA) cases to be reimbursed for out-of-pocket travel expenses. There are two types of New Jersey CJA Travel Authorization: a Standard Travel Authorization, which covers all local, state, and federal travel for court appearances, and an Expanded Travel Authorization, which covers travel outside the state of New Jersey.
