The Montana Department of Labor & Industry/Employment Relations Division (DLI/ERD) Trading Partner Profile is an online platform that allows businesses to register, manage, and securely exchange data with DLI/ERD. This platform facilitates the electronic exchange of data between DLI/ERD and its trading partners, which include employers, employees, and other entities that are involved in the administration of unemployment insurance. The platform includes a secure, web-based portal for businesses to access their trading partner profile information, as well as a secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) for secure data exchange. There are three types of Montana DLI/ERD Trading Partner Profiles: Employer Trading Partner Profile, Employee Trading Partner Profile, and Other Trading Partner Profile. The Employer Trading Partner Profile allows employers to register and update their information with DLI/ERD, as well as to securely exchange information and data related to the administration of unemployment insurance. The Employee Trading Partner Profile allows employees to register and update their information with DLI/ERD, as well as to securely exchange information and data related to the administration of unemployment insurance. The Other Trading Partner Profile allows any other entity that is involved in the administration of unemployment insurance to register and update their information with DLI/ERD, as well as to securely exchange information and data related to the administration of unemployment insurance.
