There will be destinations that are pre-authorized, and passengers will be limited to only family members. Anyone fifteen (15) years of age or older who does not have a valid driver license from another state must secure a Temporary Permit prior to taking the driving test. This permit is valid for one (1) year from issuance.The applicant must first obtain an application for Mississippi Driver License (Form DL- 4).
