The Missouri Notice of Compliance With Local Rule 12.07(A) is a document that is filed with the Missouri Supreme Court to inform the court that a party is in compliance with the local rule. The local rule states that “all pleadings, motions, and other papers shall be served on all parties or their attorneys of record in accordance with Missouri Supreme Court Rule 55.” The notice must be in writing and contains the name, address, and telephone number of the party filing the notice, as well as the names of all parties and attorneys of record in the case. There are two types of Missouri Notice of Compliance With Local Rule 12.07(A): the initial notice and the amended notice. The initial notice must be filed when the first pleading is filed and the amended notice must be filed when there is a change in the parties or attorneys of record.
