The Missouri Application for Admission to Practice Law MOVEDED is an online application system designed for individuals wishing to qualify for admission to the Missouri Bar. The MOVED system provides access to the Missouri Bar Admission Requirements, including the Jurisprudence Examination, Character and Fitness Declaration, and the Missouri Bar Exam. The MOVED system is the only way to apply for admission to the Missouri Bar. There are two types of Missouri Application for Admission to Practice Law MOVEDED: the Initial Application and the Reinstatement Application. The Initial Application is for individuals who are seeking admission to the Missouri Bar for the first time. The Reinstatement Application is for individuals seeking reinstatement to the Missouri Bar after a period of inactive status. Both types of applications require a completed Jurisprudence Examination and Character and Fitness Declaration. The Missouri Bar Exam must also be successfully completed before admission can be granted.
