Minnesota Instructions — Responsive Motion to Modify Medical Support Only (Expedited Proceed) is a legal document used in Minnesota courts when one parent wants to modify the existing medical support order for their minor child. This document is used when a parent seeks to modify the existing medical support order to reflect new information such as a change in income, health insurance coverage, or a change in a child's medical condition. This document is also referred to as a Motion to Modify Medical Support Only (Expedited Proceeding). There are two types of Minnesota Instructions — Responsive Motion to Modify Medical Support Only (Expedited Proceed): 1) Original Motion to Modify Medical Support Only (Expedited Proceeding) and 2) Response to Motion to Modify Medical Support Only (Expedited Proceeding).
