Foreign Limited Partnership Annual Renewal Minnesota Foreign Limited Partnership Annual Renewal is a process required by the Minnesota Secretary of State’s office to keep a foreign limited partnership in good standing. All foreign limited partnerships registered in the state of Minnesota must submit an Annual Renewal to the Minnesota Secretary of State’s Office every year. The Annual Renewal must be completed and submitted no later than the last day of the partnership’s anniversary month.
