The Minnesota Amendment To Articles is an amendment to the existing Minnesota Articles of Incorporation, which is the governing document of a Minnesota corporation. This amendment is used to modify provisions of the Articles of Incorporation, allowing companies to make changes to their corporate structure, such as changing the company’s name, its corporate purpose, its directors, or its shareholders. There are four types of Minnesota Amendment To Articles: name change, purpose change, directors change, and shareholders change. Each type of amendment must be properly filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State in order to become official.
