The Michigan Parenting Time Complaint Form is a legal document used to file a complaint with the parenting court in Michigan. The form is used to file complaints of violations of parenting time orders, such as when one parent is not allowing the other parent to spend time with the child/children in accordance with the order. The form is also used to file complaints of parenting time interference, when one parent is preventing or limiting the other parent's access to the child/children. There are two types of Michigan Parenting Time Complaint Form: the Motion to Amend Parenting Time and the Motion to Enforce Parenting Time. The Motion to Amend Parenting Time is used to request changes to an existing parenting time order, while the Motion to Enforce Parenting Time is used to seek enforcement of an existing parenting time order.
