Michigan Video Courtroom Transcript and Viewing Information is a service provided by the Michigan State Court Administrative Office (SCAN). General Transcript and Viewing Information includes transcripts of court proceedings, orders, judgments, and other documents related to the court proceedings. It also includes information on the court's filing system, rules of procedure, and a variety of other court-related information. Video Courtroom Transcript and Viewing Information includes video recordings of court proceedings, as well as transcripts of the recorded proceedings. This service allows users to view the recordings from their own computers, as well as to download or print out the transcripts for their own records. By utilizing Michigan Video Courtroom Transcript and Viewing Information, court users can access court records quickly and securely, without having to physically attend court sessions. This service is especially useful for those with limited access to the court system, such as those who are unable to attend court due to distance or disability.
