WHAT IS A DISMISSED CASE? A dismissed criminal case is one in which you were not convicted. When a criminal charge is dismissed, you are not guilty and the case is concluded.

"Non-Service Dismissal" means the Court administratively dismissed the case because the Plaintiff (the party suing) failed to serve the Defendant (the party being sued) within 90 days and the Summons expired.
