Louisiana Rule 26(f) Case Management Report (Mag. Judge Horns by) is a document filed by the parties in a civil case in order to provide information to the court regarding the progress of the case. The document includes the parties' positions on the issues in dispute, the discovery and disclosure requirements, the proposed plan for the organization of the litigation, and the proposed schedule for the proceedings. There are two types of Louisiana Rule 26(f) Case Management Report (Mag. Judge Horns by): Joint Report and Individual Report. The Joint Report is an agreement between the parties and should include the parties' positions on unresolved issues, the proposed discovery plan, the proposed disclosure plan, and the proposed plan for the organization of the litigation. The Individual Report is filed solely by one party and includes a statement of the party's position on any unresolved issues, a proposed discovery plan, a proposed disclosure plan, and a proposed plan for the organization of the litigation.
