The Kentucky List of Proceedings Electronically Recorded (KLEE) is the official record of real estate documents, deeds, mortgages, liens, and other documents that are electronically recorded in the state of Kentucky. KLEE is a secure, online database, which allows users to search, access, and view electronically recorded documents. KLEE consists of two types of documents: 1) Land Records and 2) Vital Records. Land Records include all documents related to real estate, such as deeds, mortgages, liens, and other documents. Vital Records include birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, and other public records. KLEE is available to the public, and can be accessed through the Kentucky Department of Libraries and Archives website.
