Kentucky Schedule G: Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases (non-individuals) is a form used by non-individuals filing for bankruptcy in Kentucky to list all executory contracts and unexpired leases. An executory contract is a contract in which one or more parties have yet to perform their obligations. An unexpired lease is a lease that has not yet expired. Examples of such contracts and leases include rental agreements, car leases, employment contracts, and any other contract in which the filing party has yet to fulfill their obligations. Different types of Schedule G include Schedule G-1 for executory contracts, Schedule G-2 for unexpired leases, and Schedule G-3 for both.
