Indiana Pro HAC Vice, Motion to Appear is a procedure that allows attorneys who are not licensed to practice law in Indiana to represent clients in the state. It is a motion that must be filed in the Indiana court where the case is pending, seeking permission from the court for the non-resident attorney to be allowed to represent the client.
