Indiana Added Creditors, Certificate of Service is a document used to inform a creditor that they have been added to a debtors case in a bankruptcy or other related proceeding. The certificate of service includes information such as the name of the debtor, the case number, the court in which the case is being heard, and the date the creditor was added. There are two types of Indiana Added Creditors, Certificate of Service: (1) Notice of Hearing and (2) Notice of Addition of Creditor. The Notice of Hearing informs the creditor that a hearing is scheduled to discuss the debtors case, and the Notice of Addition of Creditor informs the creditor that they have been added to the list of creditors and are now part of the debtors case.
