Illinois Case Management Order-Domestic is a court order issued by a judge in a domestic relations case that outlines the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved. It is typically used when one party has failed to comply with the terms of a settlement agreement, divorce decree, or other court order. The order outlines the specific actions each party must take, when they must take them, and any consequences for noncompliance. There are two types of Illinois Case Management Orders-Domestic: Temporary and Final. A Temporary Case Management Order-Domestic is issued in order to maintain the status quo until a Final Order can be issued. A Final Case Management Order-Domestic is the final order issued by the court and is binding on all parties.
