There are two types of Illinois 2012 Farm affidavits: the Farm Operation Affidavit and the Farm Ownership Affidavit. The Farm Operation Affidavit is used when a person is applying for benefits related to their farming activities, such as agricultural tax exemptions, farm subsidies, or agricultural loans. The Farm Ownership Affidavit is used when a person is applying for benefits related to ownership of land used for agricultural production, such as agricultural tax exemptions, agricultural property transfers, or agricultural leases.
