Illinois Section 1126 Ballot Form is an official document used by voters in the state of Illinois in order to cast their votes in elections. It includes two parts: a Declaration of Voter Intent and a Ballot. The Declaration of Voter Intent states the voter’s name, address, and signature, and is used to certify that the voter is eligible to cast their ballot. The Ballot includes a list of all the candidates and referendum questions that the voter is eligible to vote on, as well as a space for the voter to mark their vote. There are two types of Illinois Section 1126 Ballot Form: the primary election ballot and the general election ballot. The primary election ballot is used in primary elections to select the candidate for each party who will appear on the general election ballot. The general election ballot is used in general elections to select the candidate who will win the election.
