Idaho Order on Motion to Terminate Income Withholding Order on Child Support is an order issued by a court in Idaho allowing the termination of an income withholding order on child support. This order is typically issued in situations where the paying parent has paid the required amount of child support and/or the receiving parent has waived their right to receive future support payments. There are two types of Idaho Order on Motion to Terminate Income Withholding Order on Child Support: permanent termination and temporary termination. A permanent termination order will terminate the income withholding order permanently and all future payments will be suspended as well. A temporary termination order will suspend the income withholding order for a specified period of time. In either case, the paying parent must continue to make the court-ordered child support payments.
