Businesses must update the registered office information whenever there is a change in the business’s address or the registered agent information. There are two types of Idaho Change of Registered Office or Registered Agent, or both: an Idaho Change of Registered Office and an Idaho Change of Registered Agent. An Idaho Change of Registered Office is used to update the business’s public record with the legal address of the business. An Idaho Change of Registered Agent is used to update the public record with the name and address of the business’s registered agent. Both changes must be filed with the Idaho Secretary of State.
