Hawaii Domestic Profit Corporation Annual Report is a document that Hawaii-based domestic profit corporations must file with the state’s Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (CCA). It includes a variety of financial and other information about the corporation, such as its officers, registered agent, and business activity. The Annual Report must be filed by the end of each fiscal year and is used by the state to ensure that the corporation is in compliance with Hawaii state law. There are two types of Hawaii Domestic Profit Corporation Annual Reports: Initial Report and Annual Report. The Initial Report is the first report that must be filed upon formation, and the Annual Report is filed each year thereafter. Both Reports require the same information, such as the name and address of the corporation, the name and address of the corporation's registered agent, the names and addresses of the officers and directors, the nature of the business, and a financial statement.
