Hawaii Notice of Hearing (Arbitration) is a document issued by the court to notify parties involved in an arbitration proceeding in Hawaii of the dates, times, and locations of the hearings. The Notice of Hearing also includes the names of the arbitrators who have been appointed to the case. There are two types of Hawaii Notice of Hearing (Arbitration): the Notice of Arbitration Hearing and the Notice of Arbitration Award. The Notice of Arbitration Hearing is the formal notice sent to the parties of the time and place of the hearing, and the Notice of Arbitration Award is the document issued to the parties when the arbitration award is made. Both types of Notice of Hearing are usually served by mail or in person to the parties involved in the arbitration proceeding.
