Florida Motion is a legal process allowing a defendant to file a motion with the court, in order to set aside a judgment or other court order. It is also known as a motion for relief from judgment or order. There are two types of Florida Motion: Motion for Relief from Default Judgment and Motion for Relief from Final Judgment. A Motion for Relief from Default Judgment allows a defendant to set aside a default judgment against them, while a Motion for Relief from Final Judgment allows a defendant to set aside a final judgment that was entered against them. Both types of motions must be filed within a certain period of time after the judgment or order was entered. If the motion is successful, the court can set aside the judgment or order and allow the defendant to move forward with their case.
