The Florida Acknowledgment of Responsibility — CM-ECF Live Access Request Trustee-US Trustee Privileges is a form used by the U.S. Trustee program to grant electronic access to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court's Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system. This form states that the trustee is aware of their duties and responsibilities as a trustee and that they understand the terms and conditions of the CM/ECF system as set forth by the court. The form must be signed and returned to the U.S. Trustee to be granted access to the CM/ECF system. There are two different types of Florida Acknowledgment of Responsibility — CM-ECF Live Access Request Trustee-US Trustee Privileges forms: the CM-ECF Live Access Request Trustee-US Trustee Privileges Form and the CM-ECF Live Access Request Trustee-Private Practice Privileges Form.
