The Delaware Application for Reinstatement (Limited Liability Limited Partnership) is a legal document used to reinstate a Limited Liability Limited Partnership (LL LP) in the state of Delaware. This document allows the partnership to regain its corporate status in Delaware after losing it due to lapsed annual reports, unpaid taxes, or other reasons. It is filed with the Delaware Secretary of State. The document must be accompanied by a filing fee and the required documents, such as a Certificate of Limited Partnership, a Certificate of Good Standing, and a Certificate of Resignation. There are two types of Delaware Application for Reinstatement (Limited Liability Limited Partnership): Application for Reinstatement of an Expired or Terminated Limited Liability Limited Partnership and Application for Reinstatement of a Voluntarily or Involuntarily Dissolved Limited Liability Limited Partnership.
