The Connecticut Application to Restore Rights to Purchase, Possess or Transport a Firearm (New 7/11) is a form used to apply for the restoration of a person's legal right to purchase, possess, or transport firearms in the state of Connecticut. The form must be completed by the applicant and signed under penalty of perjury.
