The Connecticut Interim Notice of Change of Officer or Director (Domestic and Foreign Corps) is a document completed and filed by a domestic or foreign corporation to update the state of Connecticut on any changes of officers or directors. This document is mandatory to be filed with the Connecticut Secretary of State within fifteen (15) days of any change to the officers or directors of the corporation. The document must include the name of the corporation, the date the change was made, the name and address of the new officer or director, the name and address of the secretary, and the signature of the authorized officer. There are two types of Connecticut Interim Notice of Change of Officer or Director (Domestic and Foreign Corps). The first type is for domestic corporations, which are corporations incorporated in the state of Connecticut. The second type is for foreign corporations, which are corporations incorporated outside of Connecticut, but are doing business in the state.
