The Connecticut Application for Entry of Chapter 13 Discharge is a legal form used in the state of Connecticut when a debtor has successfully completed the repayment plan of a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. This application allows the debtor to have a Judge in the Bankruptcy Court officially enter the discharge and confirm that the debtor is no longer liable for the debts included in the plan. This document must be filed with the Bankruptcy Court in order for the debtor's discharge to be officially entered. There are two types of Connecticut Application for Entry of Chapter 13 Discharge: the Individual Debtor Application and the Joint Debtor Application. The Individual Debtor Application is used when the debtor is filing for bankruptcy protection as an individual or sole proprietor. The Joint Debtor Application is used when the debtor is filing for bankruptcy protection jointly with their spouse.
