Arizona Order To Appear Temporary Orders are court orders issued to individuals to appear before a judge in an Arizona court. These orders, also known as Temporary Protective Orders (Twos), are used to protect alleged victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking from further harm. There are three types of Arizona Order To Appear Temporary Orders: Emergency Protective Orders (EPOS), Interim Protective Orders (IPOs), and Final Protective Orders (FPO's). EPOS are issued immediately after the filing of a petition for protection and are effective for up to 15 days. IPOs are issued after a hearing and are effective for up to 30 days. FPO's are issued after a full hearing and are effective for up to one year. All Arizona Order To Appear Temporary Orders require the respondent to appear in court and abide by any restrictions specified in the order.
