Arizona Guardian and Conservator for an Adult is a legal service that provides guidance and protection for adults who are unable to make decisions or manage their financial affairs. A Conservator is a court-appointed individual who is responsible for managing the adult’s finances, such as managing bank accounts, investments, and insurance. There are two types of Arizona Guardian and Conservator for an Adult: full guardianship and limited guardianship. Full guardianship grants the guardian full decision-making authority over the adult’s health, safety, and welfare.
