Arizona Demand for Notice is a document that is used to inform a creditor that a debtor is disputing a debt. The document serves as a formal written request to the creditor to provide proof that they have the right to collect the debt. It also informs the creditor that the debtor is aware of their rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. There are two types of Arizona Demand for Notice: the Original Creditor Demand for Notice, which is used when the creditor is the original creditor; and the Third Party Creditor Demand for Notice, which is used when the creditor is not the original creditor.
