Alabama Findings, Recommendations, Order of Arbitrage, Contempt, Non Payment of Child Support are all various terms related to the enforcement of child support payments in the state of Alabama. Findings are the court's official determination that a party has or has not met the conditions of a petition or motion that is before the court. Findings may also be used to determine the amount of child support owed. Recommendations are the court's advice as to what action should be taken in a particular case. The court may recommend that the parties enter into an agreement, or that the court issue an order requiring a party to make payments.
