Alaska TF-311 (Fairbanks) is an asphaltic-based, cold-mix asphalt patching material developed by the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT). It is a high-performance, cold-mix asphalt patching material designed to repair potholes, utility cuts, and other pavement defects. Alaska TF-311 (Fairbanks) is an all-season product, and works in temperatures as low as -30OFFFF. It is durable, and can be used on roadways, parking lots, driveways, and other asphalt surfaces. Alaska TF-311 (Fairbanks) is available in two types: Type I and Type II. Type I is designed for shallow repairs and is used for patching small areas, while Type II is designed for deeper repairs and is used for patching larger areas.
