An Alaska Order About Confirmation of Registered Tribal Court IOWA Custody Order is a court order issued by the Alaska Superior Court in accordance with the Indian Child Welfare Act (IOWA). The order is used to confirm a custody order issued by a federally recognized Native American tribe or a tribal court.
