The Alaska Statement of Registered Agent Change for Foreign Nonprofit Corporation is a document that must be completed and filed with the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development in order to change the registered agent for a foreign nonprofit organization. There are two types of Alaska Statements of Registered Agent Change for Foreign Nonprofit Corporation: Initial Statement and Amendment Statement. An Initial Statement is required when a new registered agent is being appointed by the foreign nonprofit corporation.
