An Alaska Statement of Conversion — Any Entity Converting to Domestic Limited Partnership, is a document created by an entity in the state of Alaska to legally convert to a Domestic Limited Partnership. This document is used to provide notice of the entity's conversion to the State of Alaska, as well as to the public. The Statement of Conversion must include the name of the converting entity, the name of the new Domestic Limited Partnership, the date of the conversion, and the signatures of all appropriate parties. There are two types of Alaska Statement of Conversion — Any Entity Converting to Domestic Limited Partnership: 1) Conversion of an Entity Existing Under the Laws of Another State to a Domestic Limited Partnership; and 2) Conversion of an Entity Existing Under the Laws of Alaska to a Domestic Limited Partnership.
