This form is a Renunciation and Disclaimer of Real Property. The beneficiary gained an interest in real property upon the death of the decedent. However, pursuant to the Code of Virginia, Title 64.2, the beneficiary wishes to disclaim his/her interest in the real property. The renunciation will relate back to the death of the decedent and will be an irrevocable refusal to accept the real property. The form also contains a state specific acknowledgment and a certificate to verify delivery.
