South Carolina Complaint (Increase Child Support) is a legal document used to request an increase in child support payments from a non-custodial parent. This document can be filed by a custodial parent in a South Carolina court in order to increase the amount of child support paid by the non-custodial parent. The document includes information such as the reasons for the increase, the amount of the increase being requested, as well as the current child support payments being made. There are two main types of South Carolina Complaint (Increase Child Support): 1) Request for an Increase in Current Child Support Payments; and 2) Request for a Retroactive Increase in Child Support Payments.
