A Nevada Order of Final Discharge is a legal document issued by the court to terminate a debtor’s bankruptcy case. It is used to officially end the bankruptcy process and declare the debtor’s financial obligations to be satisfied. There are four types of Nevada Order of Final Discharge: Chapter 7 Discharge, Chapter 13 Discharge, Adversary Proceeding Discharge, and Joint Debtor Discharge. The Chapter 7 Discharge releases the debtor from all dischargeable debts. The Chapter 13 Discharge releases the debtor from all debts listed in the Chapter 13 repayment plan. The Adversary Proceeding Discharge releases the debtor from a single debt listed in the adversary proceeding. The Joint Debtor Discharge releases both debtors in a joint Chapter 13 or Chapter 11 bankruptcy from all debts listed in the repayment plan.
